Birthday party guidelines
- Inflatables and play maze are for ages 11 and under.
- All guests must be included on the waiver.
- Socks are required at all times. Forgot them? We sell them.

Booking & deposit policy
- $75 deposit (Birthday) or $150 (Private), non-refundable
- Can be transferred to another party date within 60 days
- Deposit goes toward your total; the rest is due at the end of the party

What’s included in a birthday party package?
Two hours in a reserved party area decorated with a birthday banner, tablecloths and a throne chair; pizza, juice and ice cream for the kids; plates, cups and utensils; a dedicated host who helps with setup and cleanup (two for private parties); all-day wristbands; and a free future play pass for the birthday child.
How much does a kids birthday party cost?
Birthday parties run from $229 for 5 kids to $425 for 20 kids. Private parties are $599 for 25 kids or $849 for unlimited kids. All Inclusive upgrades add arcade cards and popcorn. A $75 deposit ($150 for private) holds your date.
Can I bring my own cake and decorations?
Yes. Bring your cake, goody bags and extra decorations for your area. We just ask that you skip confetti, glitter, bubbles, silly string and piñatas.
How many children are included?
Packages cover 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 kids, or unlimited kids for our largest private party. Children ages 1–11 count toward the total; the birthday child is included on top, and babies under 1 don’t count.
Don’t know how many kids are coming yet?
No problem. Book with your best guess. During the week of your party, we call every family, starting Monday, until we’ve confirmed your final guest count. We’ll adjust your package to match, add any add-ons and answer your questions.
Can kids keep playing after the party?
Yes. Party wristbands are good for the rest of the day.
What’s the difference between a regular and a private party?
At a regular birthday party, you get your own assigned party area while the playground stays open to other families, and other parties may be happening at the same time. A private party gives your group the whole playground, with 2 dedicated hosts to help. Private parties are held on Sundays from 10am–12pm or 6–8pm. Need a weekday? Call (512) 377-5867 to request one.
Is the play area safe and secure?
Yes. We check wristbands at the exit and don’t let kids run out on their own, so parents can relax and socialize while the kids play.
How early can we arrive?
The family hosting the party can arrive 15 minutes early to decorate. Guests check in at your party start time.
Is 15 minutes enough time to set up?
Yes. Your party area is already decorated, with plates and cutlery set out, so 15 minutes is plenty of time to add your own decorations, cake and goody bags.
Can we bring outside food?
You can bring up to 3 finger-food items for a $75 outside food fee. Outside drinks aren’t allowed. You can also add pizza, drinks and food platters for adult guests when you book.
What ages can play?
The inflatables and play maze are for kids 11 and under. Socks are required for everyone playing.
