What Does It Cost To Play?
1-2 year old = $12 per child (all day play) and 3-11 year old = $14 per child (all day play) Tuesday & Thursday = $12
What Are The Store Hours?
Monday – Friday 11am – 8pm
Saturday 10am – 8pm
Sunday: 12pm-6pm
** Open for private parties on Sundays from 10am - noon.
Why Do We Need Wristbands?
One adult per family receives a wristband to ensure all children are leaving with the adult they come in with. In the event there is an emergency, we can quickly locate the parent by matching their wristband number. Wristbands are good all day for going in and out as a family.
How Long Can We Stay?
It is an all day pass. You can come and go as many times as you want on the same day as long as you have your wrist bands on.
What Does A Party Package Include?
Party includes two hours in the reserved party area. You will have designated party host. We provide all the paper goods and plastic ware needed for the birthday party. Party comes with pizza, drinks, and ice cream for the kids. Birthday child receives a free pass to come back.
Do I Have To Pay A Deposit The Day I Book My Party?
There is $100 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Can We Bring In Decorations For The Party?
You can bring in any decorations with the exception of messy items. (Glitter, confetti, pinatas)
Can I Order Pizza on The Day Of The Party?
To ensure all pizza arrives at the same time, pizza orders must be done in advance.
What Food Can Be Added To The Birthday Parties?
On the day of the party, you can only add additional popcorn trays, nacho trays, game cards.
Can I Bring Food Or Drinks Into Store?
We don't allow any outside food or drinks. The only exception is is a birthday cake for a booked birthday party.
Can Kids Wear Regular Sock’s Or Do They Need Special Socks?
No, any socks are acceptable as long as both children and adults wear socks. Socks are available for purchase.
Where Are You Located?
We are located at the food court entrance.
Do You Have Restrooms In The Store
We do have restrooms for the guests in the store.
Do You Charge For Children That Are Not Able To Walk?
We don’t charge for the kids below the age of 1 year who are not able to walk or use the facility.
Do You Charge For Adults?
We don’t charge for adults.
How Many Adults Can Accompany A Child?
We don’t put a limit on adults coming to watch children.
Can I Leave My Children Unattended So That I Can Shop?
Children must be always accompanied by an adult age 18 or older.
Do You Accept Credit Cards?
We accept all major credit cards.
Is gratuity added onto a party?
All parties will have a 15% gratuity added onto the total.
